I have been going to this Valvoline for years and specifically went on Friday morning at 8am (I was the first customer) to get a tire rotation. I had even called the day before to see if I needed to make an appointment or could just come in. I was assured I could just drive in. When I arrived the guy told me it was only him and one other guy there so he couldn't rotate my tires. He told me I could come back later. I did not have time to come back later; I went specifically first thing in the morning to have this completed. If there are certain times that some services cannot be completed then there should be a sign indicating such.I also had told him my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. As he was totaling my bill he said "you're going elsewhere for the wipers"? I said no, I need them today. He said all I have are $45.99 wipers. I declined - it came across as he did not want to be there or do his job. In the past Ricky (who I understand is no longer there ) or Melissa have serviced my car and they have been amazing. There are plenty of other businesses out there that I can pay my hard earned money to, which is exactly what I did. Valvoline lost a repeat customer on Fri
