the mger tied up the car in front of me although the customer service was done and this delayed me getting service. He appeared to be trying to sell something, I dealt with him before and it was not good...but he should have moved the conversation outisde the booth...which he did after being told by fellow workers (not me)

Next day after oil change my splash guard under the engine came loose and was dragging while driving on an expressway. Had to stop and tape three times before I could reach a repair shop. Coincidence? Maybe, but I doubt it. Irregardless, I will not be using Valvoline again.

My last oil change, I was upsold on the full synthetic - told I could go 1000u2019s of miles longer without an oil change. This time, the guy said 3-5K no matter what, doesnu2019t matter the oil. I felt taken advantage of. The guy who helped me was obnoxious, cocky, and I didnu2019t enjoy the service at all. The only reason to go to your establishment is convenience. With the past experience, I doubt I will come back - the pressure and uncomfortableness of the experience outweighs the convenience/speed.
