I have been a customer of Valvoline for a very long time and I have never encountered any issues with the staff at this specific location. During my recent visit on 04/05/24, I was greeted by Wilfredo, the Manager. Wilfredo is also pleasant and he knows his job. He is also very approachable and he assisted me with the information on how much air I need in my tires since I purchased a different vehicle. Wilfredo doesn't realize how much I appreciated his help. I also had the pleasure of meeting Datrell, who was responsible for completing my oil change. Datrell was very polite and he explained the process and I was grateful for this. Datrell had a great sense of humor and I definitely felt comfortable in his presence. He did a great job and I was happy that he serviced my vehicle.I didn't get the chance to Yovani, because he was working under the vehicle. However, I have observed his name on my invoices in the past and felt that Yovani needed to be acknowledged. Thank you Yovani.

Overall, the staff were fantastic. I like that the work gets done in less than a half an hour but I don't mind if it took longer because I would always like a good job done. I and most concerned about the pricing for oil changes. As a value member, I do believe that the customers who are frequent visitors should receive Rewards and be able to use them for future visits. I've visited Valvoline several times already and spent hundreds of dollars each time, and there's no real reward for it other than getting your car serviced but it'll be nice if either the price for services were cheaper or at least, offer some reward program for frequent customers. Thank you
