Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I wanted to take this moment to acknowledge some of the employees at the Valvoline location on Main Street in Clifton. I was at the location recently and the service was Outstanding. I was very impressed with Wilfredo, the manager because he explained everything to me in detail, in regards to what was taking place during my service. Wilfredo was able to speak in a manner whereas I was able to understand him. I was extremely grateful because this proves that Wilfredo knows how to interact with the customers on a professional level as he demonstrated effective leadership skills. I was also pleased to meet Javon. This was my first time interacting with him and I must admit that he was very kind and respectful. I felt comfortable in his presence and he made sure that I had no additional questions or concerns about my service. Yovani was working under the vehicle so I didn't have the opportunity to speak with him but he has serviced my vehicle in the past. I never had any issues with Yovani either. Prior to leaving, I recognized that there was a lady there who indicated that her name was Stacey. I was happy to see that Stacey was working there since I rarely observed any women working at this location in the past. Stacey was also pleasant as well. Thank you Valvoline for having caring employees who display phenomenal customer service skills and genuine love for assisting the community. Kudos once again!!

Went to Valvoline on Main Street in Clifton, New Jersey and was greeted by an amazing staff one of them being Wilfredo Lopez. He completed a full oil change less than a half hour. I was very grateful. Thought I was gonna be late for work, but he had me in and out in no time service was provided with a beautiful smile and with a great Greeting, I would definitely go back again
