The staff themselves had a positive attitude but as far as the service I recieved. I was dissatisfied. My rear windshield wiper was broken by a staff member, in which he annotated in his close out before I left and nothing else was done other than the oil change I received. None of my fluids were topped off (to my knowledge) and my tires werenu2019t even filled with air before I left. Due to the fact none of these counties were offered, on top of the fact the employee broke off my rear windshield wiper. I was extremely dissatisfied. I didnu2019t even receive a discount for the service.

Knowledgeable staff would be helpful, the staff could not figure out where to put the oil, then could not determine if the full amount of oil was put in the car and told me to drive around and see if I get a warning message. I did get the message went back and again the circus started trying to figure out my oil. I have been to this location several times and this is the first time I had this experience for $142 not worth it and will be posting on Yelp and Twitter my experience.

First of all the location is perfect for me, it is in the same block I have my job, so it is very easy for me to use Valvoline. Second - the service is excellent. The company has story of my visits and keep tracking what my vehicles need. The oil service also included tire pressure check, power level check and other things for free, which a really good for me.
