He explained what I needed to do while sitting in the vehicle and when he checked my air filter and actually showed me what it looked like, there wasnt any pressure to purchase one with Valvoline however since I had purchased a Groupon for my oil change he mentioned I get an extra 15% off accessories because I did use a groupon - he was knowledgable and helpful will come again i am sure
