I came here for a regular oil change. They couldn't take off the skid plate to get to the oil pan. Apparently the previous oil change had over tightened the bolts; however, the the guy also stated that they couldn't find the right size wrench for those bolts. So they just used one that was close and rounded off the heads of the bolts. Not only did I not get my oil change, but I had to pay a mechanic $75 to drill out the bolts they ruined. Unorganized, unprofessional, and no remedy for the damage they caused.

I received Professional and Courteous Service from the time I entered the station. Corey M, Jack, Oscar A, and Andrew explained every step. They spoke clearly and with a pleasant disposition. I left feeling I received Outstanding service giving we were facing a major snow storm the next day. My filter is unique so Mr. Corey advised he would ask it be ordered for my next visit.
