They check your fluids and let you know what they are doing. If you need to change the filters they ask you. They are not pushy like the car dealers they recommend that you do it. Most of all they are pleasent.

There were about 4 staff members did little to nothing, in uniform hanging out. The oil change guy, was good and courteous and was the focal point and did most of the work. . He told someone to check tires and fluids and they never did anything. First time I experienced this at this location. A manager sat in the office and did little, past managers were on the floor coaching, training and leading. I have been coming to this location for over 20 years and got to know some of the past owners and managers. .
