I'm late in writing this review but I promised the manager and staff I would. Although I feel like they took all my money. It was for a good cause and got me right on track for the harsh weather conditions we've had the last 5-6 weeks. I appreciates the managers assistance. The mechanics patience with me. It makes my life much easier with a busy schedule to know Valvoline of EB will provide, quick, honest, and reliable services

From the moment I drove in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Sarah did exactly that. The service was quick, efficient, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands.
