Been coming to this location for years. Melissa was my technician. She was polite and personable. I needed an in cabin filter badly. She was quick to say they were 54.99. I looked at her and smiled, and said OK. It was then I knew I wasn't coming back. She then told me there was an extra charge of $7.99, because my vehicle took ban extra half quarter to fill it. I've never been told before. Yes, very polite and helpful and professional. Yet, why rip me on the filter? And the extra half quart? I know how much those filters are. And yes, I did say, yes replace it. I didn't have the time that day, as I was heading out of town, to replace it. I even tipped her $20. Because I knew I was never coming back. I understand ya gotta make profit, but to be a vulture, and lose a loyal customer isn't good for any business. Thank you for your past service though.

Mechanic did not replace vacuum tube cap. Drove home check engine light came on oil splattered all over the engine. Had to drive back extra 40 minutes. Erik helped the second time around, but did not disclose which rep screwed up. Engine is not running correctly still even though Codes were cleared. Luckily the cap is found. Told Eric that I expected a call from either the manager the owner itu2019s been three days. I am not ever returning. For something so basic and so expensive you think you could get it right and even the follow on and follow up didnu2019t happen. Done.

There was a defective filter installed in my 4Runner, the next day it leaked all over my driveway. I was not happy at all. However, Melissa came out with a technician and fixed the problem at my house and then returned to their shop to redo the entire oil change. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was able to clean my driveway with dawn soap, itu2019s not perfect, but I can live with it. Melissa turned a bad situation into a good ending.
