For all the reasons that I have checked off on your questions. I feel it's a friendly and responsible place to go for my service. I feel at this point I would go back to dealer for only dealer issues that cannot be satisfied by Valvoline. During my wait, the only visible female employee in the garage had an extremely graphic conversation regarding her perfected methods of birth control. Inserting them. Removing them. Going fishing inside of herself for them. Washing herself out after using spermicides. To name but a few of these things. Frankly, even a garage environment where one expected more explicit conversations this was unwelcome and unprofessional. I was thankful I did not have my child in the car. I have no desire to return to such a location in the future either. She lost me as a customer for you.

The oil change was done but they never did the tire check, didn’t put air in the tires. They didn’t offer to replace the windshield wipers even though they said they needed to be. Rushed through everything and were goofing around. One of the service team had to repeatedly ask them to work on the car.
