Our skid plate came loose on our car driving from Ohio to New York so we stopped here to see if they could fix it. The intake employee said yes but apparently failed to tell the mechanic why we there. When we tried to pull into the bay, the skid plate hit a metal bar protruding from the ground, crumpling our skid plate and making our car un-drive-able. The mechanic was friendly and tried to get the manager to talk to us. But the manager did not even get up from his chair to offer a solution. No compassion for out of towners stranded in New Jersey, the management at this location leaves much yo be desired. Go elsewhere!!!
