When I went there, I knew that the bottom part of my car was missing one-two nuts missing. During the oil change, I was said the bottom is messed up. At first I thought they are escalating it to change it. However, after left the store, I realized the bottom part was on the road and touching to the road.at that time I understood that they messed up the bottom. I drove back and explained it, the guy claimed that The car came in that situation. After I explained him, he just put two zip ties. It was totally dissatisfying and disappointing. Never will go there. ( On the other hand to speak the truth, when I arrived back after they messed up my car, they were just closed and the guy did not want to fix and he claimed that the car came the same situation. After I explained my cars situation, even it was closed he just opened the store and put two zip ties )
