John at this Valvoline was great - he told me exactly which services I was due for, and also told me which ones werenu2019t necessary. (I.e., I inquired about a tire rotation but he inspected my tires and let me know that they were evenly worn so I didnu2019t need to worry about that yet). He also helped me with finding a coupon to use to help save me some money, as it turned into a more expensive trip than I was originally planning on. I ended up getting my oil changed, an AC recharge and new battery. Canu2019t say enough great things about my experience here!

Sevice was at location 24 Parsonage Road, Edison, NJ: As the techinicians were under the vehicle to start the oil change, they were heard with profanity and heard a lot of clicking noises coming from the undercarriage. Took technicians over one & half hours to complete the oil change and replace a mini lanp. After job was completed and paid higher amount, could not start the car and a loud alarm was going off. The technicians that worked on the car, did not attempt to help out. After about another hour, turned the car off and when tried to start again, had to put the car in Neutral and the car started up again.
