The directions to drive in was not clear. All the men yelled at me for not driving in correctly. The man who assisted me smelled like alcohol. I asked for Matt because he's usually nice and explains everything. He was not there. The man who worked under my hood was mumbling directions to me. Maybe he was drinking the night before as well. I used a coupon for the first time and I was accused of trying to reuse the coupon because the guy who mumbles could not scan it. So the man who smelled like alcohol scanned the store coupon.
