The manager explained and showed me the type of oil filter required, i.e., a cartridge type and not the conventional metal type. The manager advised that there was a missing plastic retainer for the under the engine cover when I arrived. I was able to get one after the oil change at the nearby Hyundai dealer and he installed it for me. The only issue was two other customers butted in line in front of me causing a longer wait time. One employee recognized this when he saw a young woman do this and put a # 1 sign on my windshield to indicate that I was next in line. I appreciate Valvoline being able to service my vehicle as the Hyundai dealers are always booked ahead by as much as a couple of months or more. Thank you to this location!

I was highly satisfied with the staff and the service itself, expecially the fact that the techs communicated with each other about my vehicle.There were 4 other vehicles waiting in front of me when I arrived and I waited about 20 minutes before I was able to proceed into the bay. Staff was friendly and informative. Unfortunately this location is the only local to me in the Sout Jersey area. Please open additional locations, particularly in the Manahawkin/Barnegate area. Was dissappointed that the pricing for a conventional oil change has again increased. If prices continue to increase I have been considering doing oil changes myself.

It cost $103.00. In which the guy basically said my car can only have the expensive oil. I've never had someone tell me that's the only kind my car takes! Even with the $10 coupon that's way too of a ripoff. I didn't care for jiffy lube anymore n came here but actually their price is lower than yours. It's a shame bc I liked it going n sitting in my car. Only thing I was next in line n I had waited 30 -35 mins in the parking lot
