I enjoy how welcoming and friendly the staff is. They always smile and make eye contact with me. They always make me feel so comfortable.I enjoy staying in my car while they service the vehicle and explain everything to me as they go along.I love that they make suggestions without pressuring me to add extra services. They leave it up to me to decide. Today, I went late, around 5pm which is close to closing time. By then, Iu2019m sure theyu2019d been out there for hours in the heat. Despite that, they were still so friendly and engaging, going above and beyond to provide excellent service.The service team that helped me today was: CSR: Jaden, Topside: Amanda, Bottomside: Samuel and Dan ( I believe he was the manager).
