I arrived about 15 minutes earlier than the oil center was open, however the attendant was out and about for the car wash, he offered for me to utilize the free vacuum service while I waited and explained the oil change/car wash service process. Once I pulled in I was guided in and greeted with pleasant and professional employees. Specifically Store Manager Jim, he helped me through the entire process and made me feel confident in my choices and the service they were providing. I didn't have to get out of the car and I was in and out timely. Thanks again to the great team at the Glassboro NJ Valvoline! I will definitely be back for my future oil changes.

I was put of town and had a check engine light on, so I started calling the closest locations. Valvolune was my 3 rd call and I was told to come right down. Jim met me in the parking lot and looked at my vehicle. (I was very distressed) Jim helped me get my vehicle in the bay and took a quick look. Before I knew it, Jim had an explanation of my problem and some tips for my next steps.Although it was not a problem that could be fixed by Valvoline, the service I received was fantastic! Elizabeth was very kind and efficient at their job, while taking a moment to ensure me that I would be okay. (Feeling much less distressed by this point) I am so grateful that I came to this location! I felt much less stressed after dealing with the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and I could tell this team was very experienced and capable. I do not live local but if I ever find myself in the area and needing car care, I will be sure to call Glassboro Valvoline!
