This was my first time visiting a Valvoline Instant Oil Change location, and I am extremely happy with the customer service I received at the Glassboro, NJ location. Al provided a clear explanation of services and pricing, and was very helpful and kind during my time at the location. My memory is failing me at the moment, but I believe the name of the gentlemen who greeted me and performed my tire rotation was Joey. He was extremely kind and helpful as well, and was able to perform the tire rotation by himself NASCAR pit stop style. I was also very impressed with the way the staff communicated with each other during my time there - it gave me comfort hearing "6 quarts" yelled loudly as my Mustang received its customary extra quart of oil. Kudos to Salvatore and Michael for their attention to my vehicle.Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience! I will absolutely be back to Valvoline Glassboro!
