Hidden fees. No I didn’t ask for another new bolt seem to get charged for one every time. Can never just do what you ask,An Oil Change. Always trying to upsell and if you say no you get an attitude and they want nothing to do with you. Friendly before you say no.

The manager serviced me(at my window) and walked me thru the process(i already knew) and gave recommendations(illustrated on the computer, as well as acknowledging my concerns about, my negative experience with valvoline in the past, and the precautions that valvoline has instituted to correct them, for customer protect and satisfaction.
