With a high bar of extremely satisfied I find it insulting that being given a satisfactory grade is being viewed negatively. I expected a certain level of service and received uit. The staff and location were fine. This question on the survey is misleading and an insult to your employees. Corporate needs to do better here.

I’am not 100% because I returned for discount and I did not get it because he forgot to add in I have remind him that I have a coupon but he told me that he will charge me after the service then he just handed me the receipt of 268.66 with no discount I’am so sad to received the big bill today for just oil change and some other oil I regularly go to Honda cost me $55 dollar with free coffee for 2 can I still have my discount that valvolline send me via text
