Respect the customers and be transparent!
I visited this location on 11/30/25 to use a 25% Thanksgiving promotion on their site that was ending that day. While I typically use Groupon coupons for better pricing, I chose the direct discount after reading negative reviews about Groupon experiences at some locations.
When I presented the 25% coupon, the staff member announced it loudly to colleagues, which resulted in some unprofessional laughter. Although they honored the coupon, this response was disrespectful considering the company actively promotes these offers to attract customers.
Additionally, unlike other locations I frequent, the staff here did not demonstrate transparency by showing me the full synthetic oil being added to my vehicle, despite my paying for full synthetic oil.
The experience fell short of expectations and could have been significantly improved with more professional customer service and transparent practices.

Been going to Valvoline in Green Brook for quite some time now and almost all the time I get helped by Danny! He definitely takes care of my car and lets me know everything that’s going on with it and what I may need. You can truly see how much he cares about his job and more importantly the people and their safety on the road!
