I had a 20% coupon. After checking the receipt it was only 10%. I tried to explain but the gentleman couldn’t comprehend the math. Then the manager came out he said once it had been scanned it can’t be re done. Place is a joke. Never going back. Sticking with Jiffy Lube.

I used to be a regular customer here for well over 3 years until today. I pulled in right after a truck who made a 20 point k turn to pick the bay he wanted. I pulled in the next bay. We were both next in our bays. The car in front of me was done after about 5-7 minutes of waiting. Same amount of time the other customer waited. An employee then walked up to me and barked “back up”. I asked why and he said “he was here first.” I looked over at the guy who was on his phone not paying attention at all then told the employee I wasn’t going to move because I’d been here waiting and it’s not fair. He said “you’re going to move because I say so” immediately I left to take my money elsewhere after he insisted I move backwards in line. You’ve lost a customer for life Valvoline. I’ll be sharing this story with my friends, family and everyone else who has ears. Totally unacceptable behavior for a place of business. They should be embarrassed.

This was my first experience at Valvoline and it was seemless. The technician, Danny, was quick and precise in working on my car. He explained anything additional that was needed in a way I had no issues understanding. I highly recommend this location and will be using them again in the future
