When trying to upsell for an air filter your place pulled the air filter out and showed my wife. We declined the upsell as changing an air filter isn’t a service we asked for. The tech mentioned something about hoping the air filter wasn’t full of fiberglass which sent an alarm off to my wife. I get your place is trying to upsell, it’s the nature of the business. But, after pulling my wife’s air filter that you guys put back in with all the debris in it. You could have just gently banged the old air filter and put it back in. Very distasteful you try to upsell women, say things that they don’t know if it’s good or bad and then just put the air filter back in like you did. Shameful. It’s part of the reason I send my wife without me, so I can hear these stories and report back about them. The upselling of women who may or may not know anything about cars is a real displeasing thing when coming to an establishment like yours.
