Duration of service was quick. I liked that I remained in the vehicle and did not have to leave the building to come back at a later time as has been the case at other service companies. Customer rep spoke quick and was obviously experienced having done the work long time. Recommendation to change cabin air filter was declined by me due to high price, but I appreciated him showing me the filter condition and he shook it out before replacing it.

In all the years I’ve been going to Kinnelon Valvoline I have always had a good experience, never any issues. Jake was so nice, helpful and one of the sweetest young men I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. He made me feel so comfortable and he is so knowledgeable and just made my whole experience a pleasure today. You are losing a great employee as he was telling me it was his last day today. It was one of the hottest days today and he didn’t let that bother him at all. You should really try and keep him, he really is amazing and has the best personality I’ve seen at your Company.

Huge shout out to Linda!! It’s about time females are under the hood taking control! Friendly, knew what she was talking about. Didn’t feel pressured into other non garbage that car didn’t need. I needed an oil change and that’s what I got. Showed the oil stick, explained types of oil. Checked everything that needed to be checked and did it well! No bs. And NO my engine did not need flushing like every time myself or my daughter comes in with all the men pushing it. I can see why parents get upset when kids go in and come home with outrageous bills from talked in BS. Good Job Linda! Bring in more Women to the trade! Place would be a gold mine.

My air filter was removed and recommended a change. When I turned it down, the air filter was placed back in my car. Upon leaving my car fan now made a very loud noise. I let the manager know, and he rechecked the filter and tried to remove debris. The fan continued to make a loud sound, and I was told there was nothing they could do about it, and it would go away on its own. A few hours later, I returned when the fan was still making sounds and the manager was rude and told me there was nothing he could do about it. I explained that after their service, the car had a new problem that it did not have prior to my visit. The sound has still not stopped and I as a result have to take my car to a service center to be repaired. I will be following up with the charges For this repair.
