He advised the freeon on my vehicle was low and explained the benefits of having it taken care of it now. I did not want to spend the additional money but I did. Chris answered all my inquiries, and I was not rushed to into making a quick decision. I took his advice and had my air conditioner serviced as well. Great team!

I was dissatisfied when asked to put 6,000 mi on my sticker for a 100% synthetic oil change. The manufacturer of the vehicle recommends 10,000 mi and your worker said they are not allowed to put 3000 miles when in fact he pushed that I change it every 3,000 miles. This is just simply a sales tactic to sell more oil changes. It happens at all of the ones that you own pushy always trying to oversell and not honest.

He aggressively was looking at me with distaste and took his anger out by sarcastically telling me to have a good day as he clenched his fists. He did not handle the service with composure and his coworker was laughing the whole time.

This has been my second visit there and David was the one that did it before and I felt very comfortable with him he was very knowledgeable he was assertive but kind he introduced me to a new product that was good for my engine and I purchased it but this time a different young man was there he was a very nice young man he is learning still I think his name was Tito but I don’t know for sure but I do know David was with me last time he excepted my AARP card and I was glad that somebody accepted that and gave me a discount I heard that David is leaving that is just it’s so upsetting like I hope that you hire somebody with his knowledge his personality That knows what they’re doing I’m just very I’m happy but you know we’ll see what happens next time but I give 100% Goldstar to visit
