The Lodi location I take my car to is AMAZING. I am horrible with names but the female manager (Melissa or Melanie or maybe a similar name) took amazing care of me. She is wonderful. I think the helpers were John and Anthony. Such a great environment. Very knowledgeable. They donu2019t push what you dont want to do unlike every other oil change service I have been to. I canu2019t see myself going anywhere else ever again and will recommend this place over and over. Thank you!

She asked questions pertaining to other maintenances on my vehicle, that I forgot I needed done. That was help. She saved me any additional maintenance cost, if I would have ignored those things. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. Welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely, recommend my family and friends to come to this specific location. For oil changes or any maintenance work they may need done.

As a woman, I was pleased when I brought my car there last month and the manager was a woman. She explained everything to me so I understood the process and was very helpful in letting me know future services I might want to consider for AC and helped me get a new air filter. So, the next month, I came back with my young adult daughter and her car and the same manager, Melissa, was working. She and the young gentlemen who worked on both of our cars were wonderful, helpful, funny and knowledgeable.
