PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: I asked if they carried a full synthetic high mileage oil..The answer was YES The vehicle I was driving had 97,000 miles +/_ on the odometer.So I agreed to buy your Full Synthetic High Mileage Oil Change. When I reviewed my Receipt it read FULL SYNTHETIC. PERIOD.I called the shop to question and according to the person I talked to Valvoline does not make a Full Synthetic High Mileage Motor Oil. He said they have a Semisynthetic High Mileage Oil.------ Bullshitting your customers to upsell a more costly product that is not what the customer is asking for might get you a shirt term one time sale but you will almost always have either a lost customer or a highly unsatisfied customer. As a side issue somebody checked one tire in an attempt to let me think all the tires were checked when they were not as indicated on my bill. Bad all-round customer relations experience.
