I used to go to the Lube-All in Eatontown. I only use 100% synthetic oil and i bring my own oil and filter (Lexus RXS-350. When I went there last week, they were closed, Valvoline had bought the facility, and they were building out. A gentleman came to the car, offered a coupon. I asked how much it would cost for an oil change with customer supplied oil and filter: He said $30, and gave me a coupon for $10. Which was find because i used to pay $25 at Luball. Saturday i went to the Neptune location and was told it was $50, not $30. They called the Eatontown location, not sure who told me $30, he couldn't find a way to make it less, i ended up paying over $60. The coupon the guy gave me wouldn't scan, but they gave me the $10 off anyway. Still more than i wanted to pay since i was supplying the oil and filter, but I was stuck. And i was not happy.

Very courteous and very thorough. I could tell that the two technicians really like their jobs and take pride in their work. I didn't get the one tech's name but one of their names were Ray. My first time here so glad I listened to my friends! The gentlemen at the carwash guided me into the bay where Joseph greeted me and they took me in right away. I was then greeted by Josten who was very personable and friendly. Kevin helped with the oil change and showed me my air filter which, clearly needed to be changed. I felt like I was apart of the process in every step. I was then surprised with free Car Wash! Fabulous! Imagine, I've spent ALL DAY at the Kia dealership getting my oil changed! I can tell you that will never happen again! Clearly Kia doesn't schedule oil changes well and can waste a person's entire day! These guys are good at what they do as well as expedient. If your time is valuable to you like mine is, you will love this place! The even checked my tire pressure too!
