WARNING: Valvoline completely ruined my brand new 2025 Hyundai Palisade and corporate refuses to take responsibility!I trusted this shop with my brand new vehicle, and their negligence has cost me thousands. First, they put the entirely wrong oil specification into my engine. Second, as you can see in my attached invoice photo, their own receipt proves they did not check the rear differential, front differential, or transmission fluid levels—even though I paid premium prices for drivetrain fluid replacements! Did I say they use oil non compliant with the manufacturer recommendation? My transfer case blew up destroying my tranmission and passenger front axle. 10k in damages! Because of their sloppy work and using non-compliant oil, Hyundai has officially voided my vehicle's manufacturer warranty. My brand new car's drivetrain is compromised because they cut corners.When I filed a formal claim, Valvoline Corporate denied it. They boldly claim to have "video proof" showing they performed the work correctly, yet they flat-out refuse to provide the footage to me. If your technicians did nothing wrong, why are you hiding the video?They destroyed my new car, tanked my warranty, and corporate is actively covering it up. Do not trust this place with a vehicle you care about. Absolute crooks.
