Valvoline provides excellent service. When I arrived and was waiting my turn to be seen, Bryan came out, said hello, and let me know how long he expected it to be before I would be seen based off the work they were doing on other cars. This was not necessary, but very much appreciated. I got in there quickly, told him what I needed and he was happy to help. He offered me an additional service, but was not pushy. He was just making a recommendation. Then when I pulled out his into the parking lot to get my tires rotated, Bryan even offered to buy me a soda from the machine while waited. He then told me that after a few days I should return and they will confirm that my lug nuts are fully tight. We briefly talked, and he told me about how he loved his job and he was super kind and easy to talk to. Just great customer service. This Valvoline does not take customer service for granted and it is very apparent.

Same old story. All of the guys were great, including the manager. He gave auth. to rotate my tires outside. during a light mist type rain, after my oil change. Repeat customer. Must tell you, my tire rotation was completed with the clock stroking at official clos time. 1000 mile road trip the following day and was rally glad to have the service completed. My last visit I did the $400.00 fluids change. I trust the guys and I will be back. Kenny
