I usually DON’T write reviews. I’m a 57 year old surgeon and I expect to receive great service as I try to provide great service. My Bronco’s battery died or lost charge last night. I searched on line and found this Valvoline 15 miles away from me. When I pulled up - I was greeted warmly and instructed what to do by Manager Corey. Corey walked me through the whole process. It seemed all of the team played some role in my battery change, oil change and filter change. Corey ran the garage and team like I run my O.R. - I was so impressed with this young man’s knowledge, communication skills and mastery of what he does. I formerly was not loyal to any oil change facility - but from now on Valvoline has a lifelong customer. I was so impressed. Corey is a stellar example of the brand you have built…awesome, smart, fun and educational…he is an asset to Valvoline. The rest of the young men were super nice as well. Great experience.

The coolant reservoir cap was broken during the oil change. I don’t know much about cars so I trusted the employees when they said I should be fine driving the car and I just needed to buy a cap. I got an overheating warning the next day and can no longer drive my car until it’s replaced. My engine almost blew up.

I have using Valvoline Oil Service for some time. This time when I took my 2021 Audi Q5 home, I got a dashboard light that my water overflow was empty. I know they filledit, I watched them do it. After inspection, it appears that the cap was not installed correctly, and the antifreeze came out. I had to go to the auto store and buy a special brand of antifreeze for an Audi. That was $19.00. The cap was not correctly installed.Not Happy

The service was good and the crew members were professional and clear in the service being rendered at this location. This is one of the reasons I come to Valvoline. This particular location does not do complete maintenance on cars and they have referred me to the Piscataway location which is a challenge for me to get rides if I were to leave the car to be serviced. In the meantime I will come here for general service. Thank you for providing good care and service.

Waited 45min for a car that was infront of the queue that apparently had a stripped oil plug bolt. No communication of why we were waiting was offered until we (customers) began talking among ourselves. 5+ employees standing around waiting for something to happen was not a good look. Once in, it was service as usual and apologies were given.
