DO NOT COME HERE!! AGAIN DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!!
This is a franchise at the end of the day, they only care about taking money from your pockets, not about your car. I recommended this place to my sister until we come to find out, she has been leaking oil for God knows how long since her last oil change because the last person to work on the car did not put the gasket back, straight from my trusted mechanic. Her dash was lit up for a reason but didnt know until now. Makes me wonder if previous issues i had with my car was related to them doing some underhanded sh*t during the service.
As to their customer service, my last and final oil change with them, this boy working there didn’t understand the word “no”. He kept trying to push unwanted services multiple times and the attitude shift was very apparent and his “service” rapidly declined with it as well.
Valvolines raises their prices but doesn’t even keep the standard the same. Before they would remove and out the sticker for you & give you a Valvoline car air freshener.. not anymore yet have the audacity of raising prices constantly. Go to a reputable mechanic shop, cheaper too. They will actually care about your vehicle, not Valvoline.
