I normally go to vavoline in my hometown (WilkesBarre Pa) and normally they are very friendly and do there job such as checking the air pressure of my tires, checking the air filters, resetting the oil change light, filling windshield wiper fluid this place did none of that. I was highly dissapointed that for the price and the service provided was not the quality I am used to from valvoline.Please rectify this situation.I will not be going anywhere else than my hometown Valvoline.

My car is not typical, because it is now 25 years old. But, it is a treasured and prized possession of mine. For years I have been getting the oil changed etc, at the Rochelle Avenue facility. The staff is always outstanding. Nice guys, friendly, efficient, and they treat both my car and myself with respect and kindness. And when I leave, I know my car has been very well taken care of. Because of the people and the quality of care, it is my first stop for car service. And I am pleased that if they notice an issue that can’t be resolved my them, they explain it to me so that I can seek out the expertise I need to get the job done. Truly an exceptional place, fantastic people, and as always a job very well done.
