1.0 out of 5.0

Went for a routine oil change. Few weeks later had 2 massive oil spots/stains on my driveway. Didn’t realize oil was leaking, thought it was just condensation at the time. Went back to let them know the issue at hand & they admitted their worker didn’t put the cap/piece on correctly causing the leak. I left happily knowing the issue was fixed, but I was not offered complimentary oil changes or these free car washes a lot of customers are talking about. At minimum, 1 free oil change would suffice since at this point some of the oil was gone for the oil change I just paid for. Submitted a claim via Valvoline customer service. It was decided the first steps would be they would came to my house to “scrub” the spots out & apply speedy dry. This didn’t work as the spots remain the same. This was weeks ago & there has been no resolution. I believe the manager said he would be in contact for a “few complimentary oil changes”. Have not been contacted about this. Just would not recommend if a simple routine oil change can’t be completed properly.
