Layla is the manager and was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained all the services recommended for my vehicle and even one that could wait. She never pushed me to purchase the services but I did purchase the two she highly recommended. Everything was done quickly and the Josiah, the tech, explained what each service to me when he was doing them too. Overall, great experience!

Layla the manager was great, but she had an assistant helping her with the service while she was assisting another tech in a different bay.The assistant, (after my oil was filled), just pulled the dipstick out to show me the level, but never wiped the stick off and put it back in to get a true reading after the oil was filled.

I have been going to this same oil change center for 14 years, for each oil change, yet the service today, from hello, to suggesting that i needed a filter, and did not ask me about anything else, made me very happy. AND this time the female service person told me what they were doing and her and the attendant that helped her Laughed At My Jokes and joined in, although the place was busy, I felt they were not just doing things and sending me on the way.
