Theyve gained a loyal customer. I had an issue with my skid plate after getting a oil change here. But the manager reached out, resolved the issue and even installed it herself. This is the reliable customer service that should be followed by all other companies. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and fully explained each step.
