He was very knowledgeable about what my car needed, and his expertise showed. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I didn't feel pressure to buy additional service or upgrades that I needed. I dealt with Danny directly on the topside and he was very polite, insightful, and took the time to explain things to me that I didn't quite understand at first. He made recommendations for what I need to get done when I come back but didn't make me feel pressured at all.
