The team that worked on my car was amazing, truthfully surprisingly so. If I had to work in +90° around hot cars I wouldn’t be nearly as pleasant. I was surprised to see there was only one fan on the left bay, but I was on the right. I would hope a team who works this well would be deserving of a better fan system on both bays.

When I arrived the location lost power. The Valvoline team explained that oil changes would take longer than normal due to the unforeseen problems. They worked quickly and as a team to complete tasks even though they were harder due to lack of power tools at the time. Management and staff were amazing.

Was there for an oil change & my coolant was checked. It was low. I got charged for 2 quarts. After the appt i checked it, and it either was never added, or they could have added more since i was paying for it. Also my A/C fridgent cap was off but the receipt says it wasnt checked. Lastly my oil change interval needed to be changed & reset and they said they could not help me with that.
