Because they didn't have it in stock, they avoid to mentioned that they didn't replace the air filter until the very end when I specifically ask for it. The used a non-valvoline oil because the claim that is not produced by valvoline, which is a lie because I checked later and valvoline do in fact produce 0W30 oil. Moreover they did not even clarified which brand they use in the invoice ans the price was outrageous (150$ for a service that should cost 100 or less). Very disappointed. Crappy service. Treating customers like idiots
