I recently had an oil change, and while the service was eventually completed, I felt that the interaction with William L., the Customer Service Representative, was not as respectful as it should have been. When I mentioned my tire pressure issue, William responded in a condescending manner, which made me feel dismissed and less likely to return. Additionally, I noticed that he also spoke disrespectfully to a female worker, saying she ‘wasn’t that bright.’ This behavior was discouraging and made me feel unwelcome. I hope that future customers can experience more respectful and attentive service.

Staff was AMAZING and very knowledgeable of my vehicle. Even gave me a few pointers on how to maintain excellent safety and reliability. Highly recommended

My car broke down right in front of the shop, once they opened, the manager (Will) came out and helped jump my car to move it out of the street, then also offered to take a look at the battery issue. Unfortunately they did not have the battery type I needed (AGM) but he checked my fluid levels, topped off my tires, and was super nice and beyond helpful. So even though they weren’t able to fix my issue, I was overwhelmed by his kindness and professionalism first thing on a Monday morning.
