I came in and my hood wouldn’t open. The attendant helped me open the wood by getting on his knees and pulling the lever and he got it to open.I needed a top off of oil and he added 3 quarts of oil. He then added air to the tires when I asked him.It was a very pleasant experience for me!

I always come to this shop because they know what to do they check my brakes, lights and all the nine yards but this last visit was horrible the guys they didn’t do that at all , no light brakes check, no tire pressure not check in my filters , but when I checked the invoice it said they did. What a fiasco. So my next oil check will be to some other company.

But this day because of the manager Austin D I left saying this is the best service and best place ever! The rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. This was clearly because they were following the lead of there manager. I will now be truly only going to this location. Austin was fantastic, he made me feel like family and I trusted him! I received an oil change around 1130am and by 3:30pm my car choked up and the engine light came on. I immediately took my car home and parked it. Called the shop. They told me I can bring it back or the next day I said I will bring it the next day. Next day came. The assistant manager approached me and asked how he could help. I explained my situation. He looked under my hood. Check my fluids. Did an engine read and stated I don’t have any coolant. I showed him per the paper my coolant levels were ok. So basically the young man did not fill or suggest to fill my coolant and updated the computer to show the coolant levels were ok. When I first called I told them I never had my engine light on. I personally believe he did not fully inspect my car and just updated the computer incorrectly. This is a major no no. I hope I don’t have to replace my engine due to negligence on the employee part
