The crew at the Stratford Valvoline has turned over / changed over the last few years. Each time I go in I see new faces but the one constant is the guys care about doing a good job. I have seen older workers pull aside a new one and give them pointers so learning on the job is clearly important. The friendliness of the team. You can hear them laughing and joking with each other while working. They enjoy each other. That is great team building. I am happy to come to this location.

Went for an oil change and had an email for a coupon, here it was convential which I’ve never got for my vehicleSo I couldn’t use it. Guy kept selling so many filters and the pricing was crazy. For air filters! Didn’t like the pressure and made to feel stupid and taken advantageOf as being a female that I wouldn’t know what these costs actually cost.
