Never had a problem with Valvoline in the past but my experience with them today was terrible. The mechanics were both extremely aggressive and kept coming up with different things that my car needed, when I only went for an oil change. One of them then began threatening me when I told him that I didn't want anything done with my tires. I understand that the workers are desperate for commissions and sales targets, but this is not the way.
