I go to Valvoline for the oil quality and convenience but mostly for the professionalism. The Valvoline in Voorhees NJ specifically is where I like to go. The guys over there are awesome. I take all 3 of my cars there for oil changes. The guys do their job and I understand they need to upsell when possible and yet they aren't pushy about it. I could have had them do my wipers for me but I wanted to do it myself and save a little money. The most important part about the customer experience is that they dont feel pressured or lied to and ive never felt that way at Valvoline. Thanks. Hope my personal input helps. You guys are doing a great job there.

My recent visit to Valvoline was exception as always. Jakub directed me into the bay, introduced himself and listened to the questions I had regarding a few issues with my car. He addressed all of my questions and issues I mentioned. The team worked quickly, efficiently and were vocal of all the things there were working on. My father, husband and I all come to this location to get serviced and I recommend it to other friends when they mention needing an oil change and other services I know this team will handle with care and speed.

Got a $120 oil change been coming here for 10 years for oil changes - cabin air filter was jammed into from engine cavity not through glove box and caused my blower fan to make a loud noise (did not ask them to change filter so they jammed old on back in ) - drove 30 minutes back to location and waited in line for them to tell me they will not offer a refund. Shotty work and they don’t value long term clients. Won’t be back.will post pictures. Told me it was because a leaf…
