I went to the office and asked if there was a store card I could apply. They were friendly and attentive. They barked orders and confirmation between each other like in a military fashion. I ask the employee repeatedly to add air to my tires as they are reading low . They assured me that it was done even though I didn’t hear the tires pump runs . On paper it said tires pressure is 36 front and rear . That is wrong my tires pressure are 29,33,33,33 after I drove off . I am a regular customer with 3 cars . This visit is a big disappointment .

Chrissy was great. She helped me with not only my oil change but with my headlights. She informed me that the bulbs needed to be replaced, I initially declined but could tell that she was interested in making sure they were addressed as she tried to see if it was just a fuse after informing her the bulbs had been replaced in the last year. Her taking the extra step I decided to have her replace them and have been happy with the decision.
