I knew the service that I needed. I had called the valvoline corporate office and they explained the service details to me and gave me a price. I then went to the service center and had the work done. they quoted me a different price than the corporate representative and said it is because they are a franchise so they run their own prices but they did give me a hefty discount which I was very much happy with. the staff were friendly and talked with me. answered my questions, and got the work done quickly. I am a repeat customer here and will continue to return for service on this vehicle.

I am tired of having to buy a plastic oil plug which you now charge $19.99 for. The only reason I come to Valvoline is the drive up service. Don't tell me the plastic plug is leaking when my driveway has no oil spots on the concrete. I decide to also have the cabin air filter changed. This was not successful as the team members could not get a plastic clip to release. Stop trying to sell me the plastic plug. I did buy it the plug again as the team member showed me it covered in oil. It could have been dipped in o oil. But being I was not 100% sure until I got home to check my driveway I decide to go with the team members suggestions. Ford has never suggested buying a new plastic plug. Again the only reason I will come back is for the convenience. I am so frustrated with the plastic plug B/S.
