The staff recommended a different oil option (synthetic) than I got on a previous visit and didn't really explain why they recommended it, so I went with what I got previously (conventional). They also noted an oil leak and sludgy oil on the receipt in the notes section but did not verbally explain to me these issues, so I'm not sure if they are critical issues.
