I was ripped off at Jiffy Lube before - paying for extra services only to find out they did not perform them once I checked for myself. Though they offered a lot of apologies, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Having the staff at Valvoline not only show me the oil dip stick, but even carrying the oil in a pitcher that was transparent enough for me to SEE the oil... I felt not only was I getting what I paid for, but the staff were courteous, quick, and professional. I will certainly be coming back.

I had a coupon for conventional oil change but it was recommended to get synthetic. Tech said they would honor it for synthetic. There was confusion because she thought I had a Groupon. Couldn’t do it otherwise. I tried to buy groupon but it won’t show up in my inbox for 24 hours. They charged me 69.99 when I was quoted 39.99. On top of that I’m going to have a groupon which will expire in July.
