I originally went to the Golf Course location and had my oil changed, but they didn't have my air filters. I had asked the guys at Golf Course to make sure all my bolts/clips were attached because at my last visit this summer, they didn't attach them and my skidplate fell off. I had to return to get them put back on. After my oil current change, I asked them to make sure they were all on and they told me they were all there. However, when I went to the Coor's location to get my air filters replaced and I asked them to double check the bolts, and they said that there were two missing. They were kind enough to replace them for me. This Coors location was not only on top of it and so much more friendly than the guys at my regular location.
I will be returning ONLY to the Coor's location from now on.

I’ve been coming to this place for quite a few years and the Customer Service is just continuously getting worse. Maybe not as bad as the one in Rio Rancho Unser. But I won’t be back.

It took them over an hour just to change the engine oil, and they didn’t check the coolant, windshield fluid, or tire pressure. When I mentioned it, they claimed they already had—even though I was sitting in the car the whole time and saw no one inspect anything.
