Prior to my visit my check engine light was not on. The following day my check engine light comes on I take it to auto zone to get the code reading. Code reads “engine oil separator.” The oil change was not done properly. I called the location I received this service from. In turn I was told there is nothing they can do not even a refund. Called again to speak to a manger as soon as o said why I’m calling hung the phone up mid sentence. The staff was great even thought I was there for 1 and half hour waiting for an oil change but as soon as I bought up the issue that was cussed there no one wanted to talk to me and fix the issue.
