I have been going to valvoline for years. I appreciate that I can stay in my car and that it’s done so fast, not only do they change my oil, i appreciate the fact that they always check my lights, my tire pressure and all the little maintenance that add up!

I feel I received better service in the past with the old crew. Apparently everyone has been replaced, and, although this new crew did an acceptable job, I didn't think they were as attentive and thorough as the old crew was in all the years I've been getting my car serviced there. In addition, I was charged over $200.00, and to my recollection, I've never paid that much for an oil change here. I think I'm gonna look for the old crew!!
