I didn't get their names, however they seemed like a supervisor or a manger. One was a female that was very nice and cleared my maintenance schedule on my car. The other person was male, and explained to me very nicely that I would have to wait a few extra minutes due to the fact that they didn't have the specific and rare oil for my car. I gladly waited. It was just a great experience, I had no issue paying for such great service.

Recommending a transmission service change when I had one done 7,000 miles ago, for a price that is way less expensive than the cost of cvt transmission fluid. Makes me feel like they have no idea about the specific maintenance of the manufacture. And not explaining why I need a max life oil service change in 3,000 instead of 5,000 as recommended last time or 2 back.

I have not experienced this level of customer service for my car since --- maybe ever. Wow. EXCELLENT. Service team, besides Sara, was Damian, Nasean, and Lyle.
