The staff did not mention pricing until the end when it was time for payment. The location may have been short staffed. There were a few minutes when no one was tending to myself or my car. And there was no explanation. In the past, I thought I remembered that the staff checks all the exterior lights and turn signals. That did not happen this time. However, the young lady I interacted with was polite and professional. .

Service was good, associates were pleasant and knowledgeable. After the oil change I visited a friend at their brand new home and parked in the driveway. Turns out there was a ton of standing oil that was left in my skid plate. I'm assuming the tech didn't remove the plate when draining the old oil and managed to leave a ton of oil on my skid plate. My vehicle leaked all over this brand new driveway and now I have a $400 estimate to clean it up. I had to labor myself, remove the skid plate and clean all the old standing oil that was left dripping everywhere.Very embarrassing and pretty infuriating to be honest. On that note there's a ton of oil on my driveway as well. Unacceptable.
