2.0 out of 5.0
I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for years for my oil changes . Both service bays were occupied, and I pulled into the lane that had no line waiting behind it. Once the vehicle in front of me finished, I was told by the technician, Geo “I’m gonna have you pull back and let this guy go ahead of you. I’ll get you when I’m done with the other car.” I understand that there may be operational reasons for directing traffic between service bays, but no explanation was given as to why I was being told and not asked to move and allow another customer to go ahead of me when I had already been waiting my turn. Respectfully, it is not my fault that the other customer chose a bay that took longer to finish. I chose an open lane, waited my turn, and was ready for service. I shouldn’t have to lose my place in line because another customer chose to wait in the bay that took longer. Customer service is about respecting everyone’s time and communicating with customers. Being told to move aside without an explanation left me feeling that my time was not valued. I hope management addresses this situation so future customers are treated with more consideration and fairness.
