It took them over an hour just to change the engine oil, and they didn’t check the coolant, windshield fluid, or tire pressure. When I mentioned it, they claimed they already had—even though I was sitting in the car the whole time and saw no one inspect anything.

The young men working at the golf course location are very courteous. And check and double check everything they are doing. They get the job done super fast, but still make you feel like your business is appreciated.

Been going to Valvoline for 20+ years, I will never return. Eventhough it was quietly on my receipt, they did not tell me that my drain plug was stripped and they did not give me the opportunity to authorize a pan saver or inspect my own drain plug. Very suspicious. Now there is oill all over my garage floor. seeking legal advice. This was at the Golf Course location.
