Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The engine cover on the bottom of my car was not put back correctly and now it is very damaged and I can’t drive it until these people fix it!

10AM Sunday - Opening time. I was parked 2nd in line before 10 AM. AT 10, a black SUV comes up behind me and starts honking. The continued to honk and I did not move because there was plenty of room to go around if they wanted, or if they wanted to stay in line, they needed to wait to be directed when the bays opened. The SUV eventually went around.... and parked in employee parking! I saw the driver emerge and start waving and gesturing from inside the bays like they were saying for my car to move out of the line. The first care in line got service, and two more cars pulled up behind me. When the first car moved out, the tech came out of the bay and tried to signal to me to move out of the line and said they werent going to service me because the 'assistant manager' had a problem. As a customer, I went ahead and pulled in the bay and recorded the service. At the end, the tech put in the notes that I "had an oil leak". Of course, there had been no oil leak prior to coming to Valvoline, and now there was. Was this a coincidence or was it retaliation because a hungover assistant manager couldnt get to work on time and lost their mind in the parking lot and thought they were an authority over customers when they hadnt even closed in yet? Very poor customer service and potential vandalism is not a good combo to run a business with.

Took my nissan kicks for oil change, two days later, and there's no power when i push on the gas.
