Beware and avoid!
I went in for an oil change. I was convinced by the manager Tyler that since my Pacifica Auto start/stop wasn't working that I should replace the battery showing me it was on the low side. When it was finished he said I would need to drive it at least 20 miles for it to reset. After about 50 miles and the Auto start/stop still wasn't working, I drove it back. Tyler then spent about 15 mins searching youtube videos and came up with a few things to try. After an hour, he gave up and said that I needed to bring it to the Chrysler dealership to have them do a computer reset. To ensure I would be reimbursed I had him write that on his namecard, see photo. During my visit to Casa Miller, they said they hadn't replaced the correct battery as the Auxiliary battery was dead. What a waste of time & money as Tyler didn't know the difference. I now have an oil leak after my oil change...

The gentlemen who changed my oil told me about the other services my truck needed. I decided to have them done. I was not pressured in anyway, which was wonderful. My services were completed as quickly as was safe. I enjoyed that all of the people working on my vechile were friendly.
