I got there at 5:20pm and closing time is at 6pm. I'm guessing that everyone was ready to wrap up their day. While they completed the oil change very quickly, in about 13 minutes, they did not do all the other usual checks, like cabin air filter, check all the lights, wiper blades, etc. I had to bring my own oil filter which is ok but why isn't the price discounted a little to reflect that. For some reason they never have the filter in stock for my wife's car, a 2018 Kia Stinger GT with the 3.3 liter twin turbo. Overall it was ok service but this store/team usually does better. Maybe just an off day.

Everybody was very friendly and help me out. For oil change, was in and out in a matter of minute. Isaiah changed my headlight light in record time and gave me an AARP discount. The staff took time to explain the benefit and quality of oil we were using. Our truck had been serviced by dealership less than 150 miles before our trip to valvoline the airfilter was very dirty, which means that the Ford dealership had not checked or changed the filter on our visit.
