You claim to be a full service center but..........Historically I've had to take my own grease gun fitting so you could lube some of the vehicles joints. On this last visit I was informed that the store no longer had a grease gun. How can you claim to be a full service center, what about older cars the don't have sealed front ends?Second, I paid 130 for an oil change with coupon, it literally took 7 minutes to do the oil change. I looked up the cost of the oil which was 70 dollars on the average but I did find it for 39, plus 17 for an oil filter. Do the time and the math, I'm going back to changing it on my own!
