BEWARE!!! My Experience with this Valvoline on Enhanced Hills Blvd in Rio Rancho was nothing but a complete waste of time and money! Customer service is horrible for one! Employees messing around with each other not paying attention to their job. Girl standing around texting on her phone. Never was greeted by who I come to find out was an assistant manager. Never checked air filter, tires, etc, glad for that! They would've probably messed something up! Next day noticed an oil leak in my garage. I thought it might be drained oil leaking off the frame. Checked oil which was near one quart low. I got under my vehicle and found no way oil comes in contact with the frame including the oil filter. I noticed oil sprayed behind engine which was all new because this vehicle is clean top and bottom. Now I find the oil filter looks like they never touched it which means they probably never replaced it! I also found the oil leak coming from the drain plug which was FINGER TIGHT!!! We were planning a long trip in this vehiclel and had we did we'd probably be looking for a new vehicle! I contacted the store and spoke to Assistant manager Alan who couldn't make any decisions on his own then called his boss who offered me a discount on my next service. I simply said I will NEVER visit Valvoline again so that would not be any good to me! I contacted Valvoline Corporate office and filed a corporate complaint as well as a full refund. I'm waiting for a call back from upper management. Hopefully we can get this resolved so I can return to toyota dealership for the exact service I went into Valvoline for in the first place.
