This was the first time taking my car into this location. My VIN was scanned and they did not verify my name. When they handed me the receipt, it had someone else’s name on it, same last name as mine though. I asked the lady to change it and she told me it was prob a previous owner and walked away from me. I asked to speak with a manager so Allen helped me change my info. Thankful for that bc I would like my car to have my info tied to it. After my oil change, I drove up 550 only to hear a loud flapping sound and dragging as I slowed down. They failed to properly secure my splash guard under the car! I waited another 10 min for them to secure it properly.
