I’ve come here 3 times now and every time they try to upsell me but can’t even fulfill basic request like changing my Air Filter. “The higher ups won’t let us order air filters for your car type so you’ll have to go somewhere else to do that”. Seems like an excuse but if they are telling the truth then this place is just garbage all the way around. Don’t come here not worth it. Bunch of guys who don’t really care about giving good service.

While I was there, and older couple came for service. When they were driving over the pit, the attendant that was in front started yelling at them. When the car stopped, he continue to be very rude. The older couple ended up leaving without getting the service done. After that, the one who appeared to be the manager told one of the other attendants to call the other station to warn them that they might be headed over there. Your attendants need customer service training and most important, they need to have some empathy for the elder.
