I always go to Sunset and A.oakey location. This location has been the best valvoline oil change. They tell you what else should be done to your car. The blue diamond location just gives you the paper and doesn’t explain what needs to be done to your car. We live at blue diamond but we still drive to sunset for the better service.

Stay in the area of the car. Don't start the computer part then walk away and never return. Another employee came out and asked for my card and was nice but the employee that started left and never came back.

The staff themselves were friendly and helpful however I did not feel I received the value for what I paid. The establishment did not have my correct oil in stock and therefore I received an alternative which I wasn't 100% comfortable that it would be ok for my car, they did explain the differences between the two but at that point I had already waited over an hour. I have tried previous locations and the time waiting is always more than an hour so at this point I just needed to get my oil change over with. I hate that I have to leave a negative review because I’ve always trusted Valvoline for my oil changes for over a year now.
