I was highly satisfied with my experience today. Hunter was my CSR, and he was outstanding! Very kind, patient, professional, and courteous. He explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I understood, which I really appreciated.
Because of how great Hunter was and how professional the whole team was, I will definitely be back. Thank you all for such a great experience and wonderful customer service.

Overall, the reason I am giving a 2 star review is ONLY because of service technician named Desean. As far as the assistant manager Diego and Manager both did a great job on finding a solution and did it in a professional way. I took my car in for oil change, as I drove off I noticed my car making a noise that it was not making before. I had to pull out on the side of the road just to pop the hood open and notice the skid plate was missing screws and hanging. As I got back to location , this Desean person was the first to approach me with an extreme defensive attitude as if he knew why I was back. Right away stating that my car came in making the noise and making false claims. He was also very unprofessional and lied about even having parts to fix the problem. He showed 0 customer service skills and didn’t even stop to hear what I had to say. He was more interested in arguing than trying to find a solution. Thankfully Diego had great customer service and was able to get manager to help out as the skid place was not properly aligned by this desean person. This location has great management but very unprofessional technician. If I go back to this location it would only be thanks to Diego and the manager.
