They literally broke my car. Came in for a simple oil change. Before I came out of the bay. The check engine light and oil light came on. They ran around trying to figure it out for an hour while I sat in my hot car with it being over 110 out before a manager FINALLY came to talk to me. He had some bogus papers in his hand telling me there's a recall on my car and that it just happened to go out at the EXACT moment they were working on it. I looked up my cars VIN on the manufacturer's website and I have NO RECALLS. Now I'm waiting for a tow truck because my car is undriveable. Its only got 30,000 miles on it.... and I bought it brand new. They're refusing any responsibility or assistance.

1/5 Stars – Zero price transparency
Drove in for a routine oil change and attempted to get a basic price estimate from the staff, but they flat-out refused to give me one in person. All I asked for was the cost of a standard service—5 quarts of oil, a standard spin-on filter, drain and fill, nothing out of the ordinary.
Instead of a simple answer, they insisted I had to pull into line and start going through the full service process first. It felt completely dishonest, like they were trying to get my car in the bay and start working before revealing what it would cost. A quick-lube shop shouldn't hide basic pricing from a customer standing right in front of them. Took my business elsewhere.
