I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. After a recent service, they failed to properly reinstall my oil filter housing, specifically, the seal was installed incorrectly which resulted in a significant oil leak and a mess on my driveway. I brought my vehicle back to give them the opportunity to address the issue and demonstrate integrity. Unfortunately, they inspected the car and did not take responsibility. Instead, they claimed the leak was coming from a different source, which was inaccurate. I have enough experience with cars to recognize the problem myself. I replaced the oil filter and properly installed a new seal, then cleaned the oil residue from the engine. Since doing so, the leak has completely stopped. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services. If a zero rating were possible, I would give it. Consider this a warning to others.

Terrible service, wasn't even quoted a price. put further back in waiting queue due to a problem with another car. drove off. employees are not adding to the company.
